Delivery Policy

As COVID-19 continues to affect our communities we are temporarily closing our store. Please stay safe! We will get through this together!

Delivery to residential and business 

 A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) 

To ensure the finest quality, we do not offer same day delivery.  We do provide next day delivery (including weekends) when the order is placed before 2pm. 

Orders received after 2 pm will be delivered the following day.

 

Delivery to Hospitals

A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

 

Delivery Times

Our delivery window is from 10am-8pm daily. If you would like your delivery during a certain time frame, please specify this in the Special Instructions field at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please allow at least a 3 hour time window. 

We will call your recipient at the delivery number you provide to let them know their flowers are on the way. If no-one is available at the time of delivery, we will leave them a message, and the flowers will be left in a safe and shaded area by their door, unless otherwise specified. Please note all flower arrangements with edible contents will be re-delivered. Any arrangements that have to be re-delivered will be charged a re-delivery fee. Please choose a delivery time window that you think will be best for your recipient. 

Due to year round hot weather in Florida we strongly suggest that you notify your recipient of a flower delivery so that they are home to accept it. Our policy is to leave the flowers in a shaded and safe area by the door ( except for arrangement including edible items ) and to notify the recipient at the number provided. Flowers will wilt if they are not moved inside within an hour or less. 

Incorrect Addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $15 address correction fee. Royal Flower Box is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
